  1. How do I place an order? You can place an order by filling in the order form online and by adding the quantity of products required to shopping cart. If the quantities required are shown as not available in stock, you can click on ‘Commercial and Trade Inquiries’ page and fill in the Trade Enquiry Form with your order requirements. Our Customer Services team will respond to you as soon as possible after receiving the form and confirm a delivery date .
  1. Will I receive confirmation when my order has been placed? When you place an order you will be supplied with an order confirmation number instantly via email, which you can use to track the order if you have any problems. Once an order has been processed and payment has been received, you will receive an email confirmation that the order has been dispatched from our warehouse.
  1. If I change my mind after the order has been placed, but not shipped, can I get a full refund? Yes, you will receive a full refund or a store credit if the order has not been shipped and you cancel within 24 hours of placing the order. The refund may take upto 14 working days to process. By placing an order with us, you are committing to purchase the product you selected based on the terms and conditions of UrineClean.
  1. How long does order processing take?
    Order processing may take 2-3 days depending on the method of payment. If we cannot process or accept your order after payment, we will contact you by email or telephone.


  1. What payment methods do we accept? UrineClean and NoFlush Urinal Solutions accept payments through Paypal, debit/credit cards, cheque and Electronic funds transfers. There may be a surcharge cost for some credit cards, check with your card issuer for confirmation. We recognise that some commercial clients still require invoice and pay by cheque. We are able to accept payment by cheque.
  1. How long does payment processing take? Payment processing will only begin once we have received all your details. If you place an order on a weekend or public holiday, then the order will processed on the next business day. Business days are Monday to Friday excluding public holidays in Western Australia and Victoria. Payments received via debit, credit card or Paypal will be processed immediately once the “SUBMIT MY ORDER” button is pressed. You will then receive an email confirmation indicating the order status. For Electronic funds bank transfers and cheques once the funds are received in our account, we will send you an email confirmation and begin to process you order.
  1. Is it safe to use my credit card online? Yes, our website uses Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology software for its transactions online. Therefore it is safe to use your credit card online as long as the customer takes the standard online purchasing precautions. UrineClean and NoFlush Urinal Solutions will not be responsible for any damages, consequential losses (whether direct or indirect) suffered by a customer whose credit card is fraudulently used or is used in an unauthorised manner.
  1. Why would I be asked to provide UrineClean and NoFlush Urinal Solutions with further Identification Details or Confirmation to process my payment? When you make a payment by either a Credit Card or PayPal you may be sent an email from our Fraud Prevention Manager requesting further information, such as a copy of your credit card, passport and drivers license for identification confirmation purposes. On confirmation and verification this information will be destroyed. In such cases, until your order has passed internal fraud prevention procedure checks, your order will remain on pending status. If you do not provide the requested information within 7 days, your order will be cancelled and your payment will be refunded back to the method in which you paid. Such information requests are sent to help protect Debit Card, Credit Card and PayPal account holders from online fraud.
